Fugumobile developed and managed the pilot social commerce initiative for Reckitt Benckiser starting with two mother & baby focused brands, Enfamil and Upspring
The social commerce platform targeted Diaguos and occasional social sellers empowering them to improve their sales through training, incentivized purchases, member get member programs and addressing social seller pain points such as logistics and authenticity.
We were responsible for the strategy, platform development, social seller recruitment, private traffic management and financial reporting and disbursement of commissions.
The social sellers accessed the platform through a customized mini program while community managers engaged with the social sellers through WeCom.
The platform also integrated with the existing E-commerce platform for seamless user experience from social seller registration to purchase.
